💵 How much do your cleaning services cost?

  • Tidy Clean (Standard): Starts at $110
  • Deep Clean: Starts at $150
  • Move-In/Move-Out Clean: Starts at $170
  • Add-On Services:
    • Inside oven: +$40
    • Inside fridge: +$35
    • Inside cabinets: +$30
    • Baseboards detail: +$30
    • Extra bathrooms/rooms: +$20 each

I offer discounts for recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). Ask for a custom quote!

🧼 What types of cleaning services do you offer?

I offer:

  • Routine/general cleaning (Tidy Clean)
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Custom add-ons (inside appliances, baseboards, etc.)

📅 How do I book a cleaning?

You can book by:

  • Messaging me on social media
  • Calling or texting directly
  • Filling out the booking form on my website

💳 How do I pay for my cleaning?

I accept:

  • Cash
  • Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged.

🕒 What’s your cancellation policy?

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in a $50 fee. Lockouts will be charged the full service fee.

🏡 Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Nope! As long as I have access (a key, code, or someone to let me in), you’re good to go. First-timers are welcome to meet me in person if they’d like!

🐾 Is it okay if I have pets?

Yes, I love pets! Just let me know beforehand. Aggressive pets should be secured during the service.

🧽 Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, I bring everything I need. If you prefer I use your products, just let me know in advance.

🧹 What’s the difference between a Tidy Clean and a Deep Clean?

Tidy Clean ($110+): Light maintenance clean — great for upkeep.
Deep Clean ($150+): Includes more detailed work like baseboards, scrubbing corners, and hard-to-reach spots.

🔐 Are you insured?

Yes, I am fully insured. Your home and belongings are in safe hands.

😬 What if something gets broken?

If anything is damaged, I’ll notify you right away and work to repair, replace, or compensate you for the item.
